I am glad, proud and excited to make this announcement: Jorge Botero will be the Belgian National Coach for the 2010 World Championships in Guarne, Colombia. I personally know Jorge since I raced with him in the same pro team (Rollerblade World Team) from 2002-2004.a short skating resume:
3 x World Champion,
19 silver medals,
12 bronze medals
to total !34! medals at Worlds,
winning numerous WIC races and so on and on....a great resume to fall back on! He has been very active in coaching the last few years starting his own school and organisation.
Jorge will be a great inspiration to the Belgian national team and hopefully they can work together to obtain great results and good times!
